Should you make a complaint about any aspect of our services or products, we promise you the following:
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days (i.e. Monday to Friday)
- At that time, we will advise you of the likely time-scale to resolve your complaint.
- You will have the assurance that you will be kept informed about the progress of your complaint.
- Should we need to modify our procedures on discovering a problem with our services or products, we will endeavour to do so.
- We will follow up any changes that we have made to our procedures, to ensure they are working.
