Simply add your chosen items to your shopping basket, when placing your first order you will be asked to create your own account. You will be asked to provide an email address and password so we can safely store your information for future visits to our site.
Your basket will display all the items you have ordered and indicate the expected despatch timescales. You will be able to edit and amend the items in your shopping basket and opt for additional extras or services from here.
You can save your basket and return to it later.
You will be asked to confirm your order and select a payment method. Most of our orders are paid for online via our secure card payment provider – SagePay. Please note that we may not despatch goods until payment has been made in full.
We will send you an email acknowledging your order shortly after it is placed which will include an order number. Please quote this reference whenever you contact us, so we can assist you quickly.
We will send you a further email once your order has been processed, this means that your order has been sent for picking and packing. You will receive another email once your order has been despatched.
If you find a design you like but you don’t wish to order it immediately you can add it to your favourites and return to it at a later date. Simply log in and click 'add to favourites' on the 'more details' page for a particular card and this design will be stored to your account.
