Greetings Cards and other products

We will issue a full refund for the price of any item returned to us in its original condition. Unfortunately we can only refund delivery charges and return postage costs if the return is a result of our error.

Personalised Cards

We will issue a full refund for the price of any personalised cards if the cards delivered do not conform to the instructions and criteria that you gave either in your order or in subsequent instructions prior to print. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.
