As a registered charity HeartLine is run mainly by parents of Heart Children, and it has an office in Surrey, where a small team of staff co-ordinate the various activities on offer including a telephone help-line, activity weekends for teenagers, caravan holidays, and family sailing trips. We also publish a practical handbook for parents entitled "Heart Children" and a selection of information leaflets. Addionally, we have an active online FORUM which has a lively message board.
