Hft is a national charity providing local support to people with learning disabilities and their familie.
Hft delivers a range of individual opportunities and quality services with and for people with learning disabilities. These include residential care, supported living, day services, carer support, advocacy, short breaks, training and opportunities for employment.
Hft enables people with learning disabilities to develop their potential, to make informed choices and to take responsibility. Hft values every person's contribution and upholds their right to respect and dignity.

It is very rewarding to see the power of the internet harnessed for so many good causes.
Hft welcomes the opportunity to participate in this highly innovative venture which delivers a great service to supporters as well as benefiting charities.
Whilst many charities work together to sell cards at Christmas, this site goes much further by enabling charities to raise vital funds throughout the year.
