Order Processing Times
Orders from stock placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday will usually be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 3.30pm or at weekends and Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
Special order items will be despatched once the stock is received from the suppliers, and this may take up to 7 days. If we encounter any difficulties in obtaining stock we will contact you to discuss this.
Orders for personalised products will normally be despatched within 14 days of proof approval.
