Add your charity

Any registered charity can apply to join www.greetingscards.co.uk in order to generate royalties from sales made through the site. There is no charge for joining and no annual fee.

There is an online application and once all aspects are complete your charity will be displayed in the list of participating charities, enabling customers to select your charity to benefit from their purchase.

In addition, we will create and manage your own charity-branded card site which you can link to from your own website, allowing your supporters to easily buy cards and gifts to benefit you. All customers who buy cards from your charity-branded website will generate a contribution to your charity.

How it works

Once the joining process is complete, we will actively display your charity in our main list of charities and send you a link to your own charity-branded website via email.

We recommend that you promote the charity-branded website by displaying it on any existing website and by giving the web address on any promotional literature, newsletters and fundraising emails.

Once the account is active, you can login and monitor your royalties across the year.

You will also benefit from customers of www.greetingscards.co.uk who choose to share the contribution with all the participating charities. Currently around 40% of customers use the share option.

Steps To Join

1. Complete the online application process (you must be a registered charity and an official representative of the charity to complete this process)

2. We review the application and send 2 copies of the Commercial Participation Agreement (CPA) to you for signature and return of 1 copy.

3. Once the signed CPA is returned, we will display your charity on our main list of participating charities and send you a link to your own branded website via email, which you can then promote to your supporters
