Should you make a complaint about any aspect of our services or products, we promise you the following:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days (Monday to Friday)
At that time, we will advise you of the likely time-scale to resolve your complaint.
You will have the assurance that you will be kept informed about the progress of your complaint.
Should we need to modify our procedures on discovering a problem with our services or products, we will endeavour to do so.
We will follow up any changes that we have made to our procedures, to ensure they are working.
