Placing an Order

Add your chosen items to your shopping basket. If you don't want to buy straight away you can save your basket and return to it later.

You will then be asked whether you would like to donate a percentage of the value of your order to a charity or to take a discount instead. You then need to provide an email address and to enter your billing and delivery addresses. Next, you will have to choose a delivery option and a payment method. At this stage you will be able to review your order before confirming your purchase. Most of our orders are paid for online via our secure card payment provider - SagePay. Please note that we may not despatch goods until payment has been made in full.

We will send you an email acknowledging your order shortly after it is placed which will include your order number. Please quote this number whenever you contact us, so we can assist you quickly.

We will send you a further email once we begin to process your order (this means that your order has been sent for picking and packing). You will also receive a copy of your invoice by email. Finally, you will receive another email to advise you that your order has been despatched.

If you find a design you like but you don't wish to order it immediately, you can add it to your favourites and return to it at a later date. Simply log in and click 'add to favourites' on the 'more details' page and this design will be stored in your account.
