Cancelling an Order

Standard Orders 

If you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, you will have to return the goods to us. You will be liable for return shipping costs.

Personalised Cards

You may cancel an order for personalised cards at any time prior to proof approval. Once a proof has been approved, if you wish to cancel an order, you must inform us immediately to enable us to try to stop the printing process. We will then take all necessary steps to minimise any financial liability on your part, but we must emphasise that once the printing process has started you will be liable to pay in full for any part of your order which has been printed prior to your cancellation.
