We deliver worldwide.
Most orders for delivery outside the UK are despatched using Royal Mail's Airmail Service. If you are ordering personalised Christmas cards, an international courier service is normally used. The courier and the service used is determined by the country of destination.
If you selected our Standard delivery service, please allow five working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order.
If you selected our First Class service, please allow two working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order.
Please note that, if your order is too large to go through your letterbox, Royal Mail is meant to leave a card advising you that they have your order and will store it in your local distribution depot for you to collect.
In the event that your order has not been delivered within these delivery times, as a first step please check with your local Royal Mail distribution depot. If it is not awaiting collection, please contact us to advise us that you have not received your order.
If you selected our Next Day Service, or if you have ordered personalised Christmas cards, please contact us for tracking information.
If you select the 'Next Day' service, we will be able to provide tracking information. If you select our Standard Delivery or First Class Delivery, no tracking service is available.
If you have ordered personalised Christmas cards you should receive tracking information with your dispatch email. If you have not received this please contact us.
You can choose to have your order delivered by 'next day' courier for an additional charge.
Your order must be received before 1.00pm, as we need time to arrange collection. Whilst we will use a 'next day' service, delivery the following day cannot be 100% guaranteed.
In addition, remote areas of the UK may not receive a next day service. Please note that orders placed on Friday will be sent for delivery on Monday, as Saturday deliveries are not available.
Yes, simply click the 'Add handwritten message' under the 'Add' button on the design. You will then be asked to give the name and address of the recipient, the date you would like us to post it, and the message you would like us to handwrite inside. All handwritten message cards are sent first class (or by airmail if going abroad). If you place your order after 1pm, your card will be sent on the next available working day.

Orders placed and paid for before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be processed and despatched that day. Orders that contain products that are to be personalised or ordered specially for you will not be despatched immediately. These orders may take up to seven working days.
There is no minimum order - you can buy a single card or as many cards as you would like.
Yes. Look for the cards that can be bought in bulk. You can find them by looking for the +1 icon, using the filter or visiting the Business category. If you can't find what you are looking for immediately, please get in touch!
Yes. Please look in the Business section. The minimum order quantity for printing a special message (and/or logo) is 30 cards. If you can't find what you are looking for, please get in touch!
If you have ordered personalised cards in bulk, we can print your chosen charity's logo inside.
If you are ordering packs of Charity Christmas cards, charity logos will be preprinted on the cards.
If you are ordering cards other than the above, charity logos will not be printed inside the cards.
