We will issue a full refund for the price of any item returned to us in its original condition. Unfortunately we will only refund return postage costs if the reason for the return is a result of our error or if the card is damaged.
You may cancel an order for personalised cards at any time prior to proof approval. If you wish to cancel an order after this you must inform us immediately to enable us to try to stop the printing process. We will then take all necessary steps to minimise any financial liability on your part, but we must emphasise that, once the printing process has started you will be liable to pay in full for any part of your order which has been printed prior to your cancellation.
